This session is led by you.  I will invite you to share what is present for you in this moment, whether emotional or physical and explore what approaches are likely to bring you comfort, reassurance and trust.

Together we will explore the sensations in your body, pain, tension, emotions... 

I use a combination of intuitive movement, guided meditation and energy release.

Using your words, I will guide you to put down your physical and emotional burdens and allow your mind and your body to rest

Emotional Freedom Technique - Tapping

This technique uses specific points in your body, to act as a way of connecting your mind and body to acknowledge your feelings and emotions and release them.

I have guided clients to release complex and intense emotions, to let go of physical discomfort, pain and even long term physical tensions.

The power of wrapping your body 

​Our bodies respond to being warm, being wrapped and being held.  

 

Using lengths of woven fabric, I support, move, massage and hold your body, inviting it to release and let go.  Together we explore how your body responds to movement and being wrapped.  

​

Using a scarf to massage the body, brings warmth, release and gentle comfort, without the need for direct touch or intense contact in one location on the body.  

​

Being held by the scarf, allows the muscles and the brain, to let go, without needing to hold on, knowing that it is safe.  

​

These techniques bring calm to the nervous system, can be beneficial for all types of emotional regulation and physical discomfort.
